2022 · Crunching Code

Shipped the first endpoint in 2022 and built it into a market data API for Numerical Methods, used by teams on five continents. I wrote the code, set the roadmap, and kept the servers honest.

2019 · Hitting the Books

Studied for my Master's in Finance at Oxford/Peking University, splitting time between the UK and China.

2017 · Winging It

I vetted airlines, airports, and other bets for Hainan Airlines, the 4th largest airline in China. Takeaway? Scale matters only when unit economics fly.

2016 · Rolling into Action

Started at CRRC, the world's largest train manufacturer, I dug into European companies for acquisitions; some landed on regulators' desks.
